The sneakers have also been rumored only to have 1000 pairs made, so as well as this sneaker possibly being the most luxurious Jordan ever. It would also be one of the rarest.

Although this collaboration hasn’t been announced officially, they are expected to come out sometime in 2020.

Obviously, with rumors of a $2000 sneaker, comes a lot of backlashes, saying that collaborations of this nature do nothing but ruin sneaker culture.

There are already doubts over whether sneakers and other clothing items are only about the money and exclusivity, so understandably some diehard sneakerheads aren’t happy with a ridiculously expensive, exclusive sneaker.

This has also got some attention from those not connected to the sneaker world, who are even more baffled about why someone might pay so much for a pair of shoes!

We are yet to see official pictures of the model; however, mockups have been made online as to what it may look like.

Some worries have arisen that the sneaker will have minimal changes to the standard Air Jordan 1. The usual Dior shoes bare a hefty price tag while not being too indifferent from other brands cheaper models.

Whether we will get a Jordan with a few changes, or a whole new aesthetic, it is unclear, however, if the sneaker releases. It is sure to sell out. The real question is, will the sneaker eventually be accepted by the general public
