The Jordan Legacy 312 was a massive flop, and it sat on shelves for so long, that Don C, who in the past has had very successful collaborations with Jordan brand, had his name removed from the shoe.
This is one of many different Jordan mash-up shoes, recently to have failed entirely on release. But one of the reasons they are still being made is because of how popular they once were.
The Air Jordan Spizike has struggled lately but once was quite successful and in 2005. Air Jordan Dub Zero was one of the most popular shoes. Especially because of the patented leather is also seen on the Air Jordan 11.
Jordan brand still seems to be pumping these hybrids out though, making the Air Jordan 6 rings. Son of Mars, and Mars 270, without attracting much buzz.
One reason why they still come out is that the Jordan brand holds wait, and although these aren’t classic Air Jordan’s, they have the same look people desire.
It has an old school basketball vibe, and although most sneakerheads and “Hypebeasts,” don’t pay the mash-up models any attention.
